Welcome to your North Park oasis! We are located two blocks from the iconic "North Park" sign. Your fully stocked home features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom main house that flows into the spacious backyard into the detached 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom granny flat including a small kitchen. We are in a very walkable neighborhood-steps away from all North Park has to offer, with 100+ restaurants, coffee shops and craft breweries. You will be about 2 miles away from Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo. Your home away from home is perfect for a relaxing getaway for up to 7 guests (and pets).

The home is situated in a quiet but lively street, blocks from the main hub of North Park. Picturesque restaurants, coffee, ice cream, craft breweries, and boutiques are all within walking distance from you. The nights are peaceful and the weekend comes alive with everything North Park has to offer!

The main house features 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a full size bed with a smart TV and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a TV and gaming systems. A queen air mattress and pack-and-play are also available for use.

The open living space includes a sofa, smart TV, 2 arm chairs, dining with 4 seats, and 2 bar chairs. We have plenty of board games for a night in.

The main kitchen has everything you need to host and enjoy! All kitchenware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with a water filter, stove, oven and microwave.

The main house flows into a spacious and private backyard- including dining table for 6, outdoor sofa, BBQ grill, firepit and outdoor games. We have an inflatable bounce house available on request.

A separate and private granny flat includes a full bath, queen size bed, sofa, TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, keurig, and toaster oven.

Included with you stay is a fully stocked laundry room.

Private, on-site parking for 3 cars in tandem is included.

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our pups. It was clean, spacious, and close to all of the restaurants/bars. The host was very responsive and really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, and we loved the décor and thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The bottle of local wine and coffee beans were such a lovely and much-appreciated welcome.The backyard felt like a private little retreat, and we especially enjoyed relaxing around the gas firepit. The neighborhood was great—quiet and inviting, yet within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops.Christina was a wonderful host and was always available to answer any questions we had. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and right at home. We would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in North Park. This adorable house had plenty of space for our family of 4 and our dog. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were in the binder as well as the board games in the guest room. The house had all the amenities that we needed for our stay, including shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom. This centrally located neighborhood is the perfect jumping off point for all your San Diego excursions. We especially appreciated the extra details from our host such as a fetch ball for our pup and a local bottle of wine for mom & dad after a long drive. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property was a great place to stay for a few nights for a family trip to Sea World and the beach! Walking to nearby coffee shops and restaurants was easy and a wonderful way to enjoy the area. And Christina, the host, was very communicative and pleasant to talk to. We’d definitely stay again!

While setting up our property, we really wanted to make our guests feel like this is their home away from home. We offer many bathroom amenities, a full kitchen, games/activities to make sure our guests are comfortable. We like that our property has a main house and a separate granny flat that would be perfect for teenagers, grandparents, multiple families etc.
