Emily was very responsive. It worked well for quick conference stay. There was definitely some missed spots during cleaning, but overall okay.Good for a quick trip. Area quick walk to center city.

Really nice place, very convenient location. We were able to walk most places or take a short rideshare. Wish there was a picture of the 2nd bedroom, but I reached out and they were able to provide more info. Ended up bringing an air mattress to use in the second room.

The apartment was awesome. Beautiful, roomy, clean. The location was great - perfect for why I was staying there. It was a great stay. I loved it. My suggestions for the host - would be to leave directions for the TV. There was a shortage of paper towels/no paper napkins. Perhaps add a toaster or toaster oven to the beautiful kitchen. However, I had a wonderful time there.

This is a place to sleep in Philadelphia. That's it.The kitchen has basics, not equipped for cooking. My sheets smelled and I re-washed them (awesome to have a washer/dryer), parking was expensive.Building is secure and centrally located, a little tricky to find the entry as the street lobby is closed and you go through the parking structure.I communicated with Emily, who got back to me right away about how my expectations were misaligned

Apartment was not cleanest, microwave was dirty and trash cans around the house had garbage inside, sloppy cleaning job. Apartment is in a good location, although there is a garage in the building you have to pay for it, and honestly you are better off doing spothero (price wise).

The location was convenient, and the property was a good value for the price. Emily was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.One thing to be aware of is that the nearby parking garage closes at 10 p.m. and does not reopen until 6 a.m. Since we were attending a concert and returning late, we were unable to use it. However, there are other garages within walking distance that accommodate later hours.The property is listed as a two-bedroom, but the second bedroom is quite small and has a sofa bed, which was not the most comfortable sleeping option. Traffic noise from the surrounding area can also be noticeable, depending on when you stay.Overall, it was a decent place in a good location and a solid option for the price.

Good location, comfortable, clean and quiet. We stayed one night before my son moved into his dorm at a local school. The secure parking deck adjacent to the building was a plus as we left the car packed with his things and didn't worry. Had many good choices for dinner within a few minutes walk.
