The location was perfect for a quick family getaway to see the history of our country. The pictures were very accurate, the check in process very easy, and communication was great. I highly recommend!

Nice apartment in great location. Building is a little rough but the apartment was good, not perfect. We had quite a few questions but management was responsive. There was a problem with wifi (no power for access point) and TV (no connections) as well as other minor blemishes, but those are probably anomolies for an otherwise nice stay

Very fast response times. Usage of a third party website was a little confusing at first to a first-time vrbo user, but ultimately proved to be extremely convenient for parking and entry information. I'll definitely try to get this again next year.

The location was excellent, and the property was reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, and clean linens and towels were provided. However, the space itself was somewhat dirty and had an odd smell. The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, and the kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies. Although the property is advertised as sleeping up to 10 people, there were only enough dishes for about four. Overall, it was acceptable for the price, but the cleanliness and amenities could be improved.

The location is perfect! Good eating places across the street, parking across the street, and a very close walk to Independence Hall. Check in was extremely easy (just be sure to note the keypad is on the room door, not on the wall) and beds were comfortable. The sofa and chairs and bedroom walls had many stains and there was a dustpan and used rag left on the floor, which were the downsides. The internet was also not working. But overall a great place to stay for a night in a perfect location in Philly!

The location was excellent for us given what we were in town for. The property manager/owner responded to messages quickly. The apartment itself was clean. However, the entrance and elevator (odors) and hallway left much to be desired.A few drawbacks...We had to make a trip out to get toilet paper, even after making it known to the property manager that there was no additional available in the apartment. We also had to get plasticware, etc., as supplies in the kitchen were lacking and there wasn't enough tableware to accommodate a family of five. We were unable to connect to Wi-Fi during our stay. The network name given was not available and what appeared to be the router did not have a power cord attached.
