We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants- we walked to coffee every morning and had drinks or ate at most all of the restaurants. Close proximity to downtown as well. Parking was a breeze, never crowded on the streets. Fairly was very responsive and did a wonderful job making the space feel welcoming. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and truly pristine.

Stayed for 4 nights, was a wonderful historic residential building within walking distance of several local restaurants, a grocery store, and downtown Spokane. Had a bit of a hiccup with the entry code when I first arrived but was resolved relatively easily once owner contacted me personally. Plenty of space, with a full kitchen and dishwasher. Would recommend for singles or couples but might be a bit tight for 4 or more. Streetside parking but was never an issue finding a spot nearby.

I stayed in this charming apartment for three nights and the longer I stayed the more I loved it. The location is unbeatable, with restaurants, bars, coffee, and a full grocery store all within walking distance. Downtown is very close and public transit is just steps from the front door. The apartment is cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen (I cooked several meals), a comfortable bed, and high-quality linens. Small touches like books and games and the thoughtfully curated decor add to the appeal. Though it has adjoining apartments, I found it mostly very quiet and private. For the price of a mediocre hotel or motel, I instead enjoyed a place that felt like home! Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Spokane.
