The first floor apartment was beautiful and perfect for our weekend getaway. The location was ideal—walking distance to the river walk, restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had so much historic charm. The kitchen was beautiful. The location was perfect in a great central downtown neighborhood with easy access to everything. It was close to 100 degrees while we were there, so we didn't do much exploring on foot, but we loved the area and would absolutely stay here again!

We are from Wilmington and live here. We are newly married, love to travel, and our sweet puppy! We have always loved traveling and Wilmington so we thought this would be a cool opportunity to share our city with other people!

Why they chose this property

We are just so close to Downtown and the Riverwalk. The area is residential so its quiet and beautiful, but within a few mintues you can be downtown on the Riverwalk with shopping, coffee, resturants, bars, and more!

What makes this property unique

We are a Historic Home. While the home has modern amenities, it was built in 1911. We have a plague on the house that shows some of the historical significants and its just a charming space to enjoy while exploring all Wimington has to offer!
