This vacation home, located very close to the beach, spans two floors and was renovated and modernized in the spring of 2023.

On the light-filled first floor, a spacious hallway with a coat closet leads to the

living, kitchen, and dining area: The open and modern kitchen is very well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for hobby chefs. A cozy sofa area with a TV and a wood-burning stove promises relaxing evenings. The living area is complemented by a dining area that seats four people. From here, you can step out onto the beautiful west-facing terrace with an adjoining garden, a seasonal beach chair, and patio furniture.

Bathroom 1: Bright shower room with toilet and window.

A staircase leads to the basement and a hallway with additional storage space:

Bedroom 1: Cozy room with two single beds, TV, and window (the single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed).

Bedroom 2: Large double bed, built-in closets, TV, and window.

Bathroom 2: New bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, towel rack, and window.

Location: This modern vacation rental is located right on Wenningstedt Beach and is not far from the town center. The lovely restaurants are just a few steps away.

Pets: A maximum of one large dog allowed (for a fee)
