No outside glass especially at the pool. Please keep doors closed at all times for utilities. Ecobee monitors if doors are open and AC or Heat is on.
Extra occupancy by approval only. Two driveway Ring cameras monitor occupancy. Please do sneak in extra guests. We are reasonable if communicated.
Please be gentle with the ceramic cooktop and do not use as a countertop to avoid accidentally turning it on.

The perfect short-term rental location due to no near neighbors but still one minute to town. The night view is amazing and guests can play reasonable music outside at anytime.
