Sehr saubere Wohnung in super Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Bäcker, Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt vor der Nase. Die Küche mit dem nötigstens ausgestattet. Einzigster Nachteil ist die sehr enge Tiefgarage. Waren das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden

Es war alles super beschrieben mit dem Schlüssel abholen. Und die Unterkunft war für uns ausreichend. Ausstattung hat gereicht. Klein und kompakt. Jederzeit wieder! Und sehr nah an der Seebrücke gelegen. Sehr Zentral.

Hallo Frau Harms die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut Preis, Leistung war auch sehr gut ich habe auch nur zwei Kleinigkeiten die das Leben ein bisschen leichter machen würden. Den Kühlschrank ausrichten die Tür fällt leider immer von alleine zu das nervt wenn man Sachen raus nehmen will. Was noch sehr schön wäre wenn man eine Ablage in der Dusche anbringen würde. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. mfg F.Kosanke

Perfekte Lage, Wohnung gut ausgestattet

Vorneweg: die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt. Zum Strand keine 200m, Einkaufspassage und Park direkt um die Ecke, ebenso wie Radverleih, Geldautomat, Ärzte, Bäcker etc. Einziges Manko: Aktuell zwei große Bauprojekte in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Lärm stört doch sehr. Auch die Tiefgarage ist mit Radanhänger nicht befahrbar und auch ohne sollte man nur mit Kamera und Sensoren fahren. Anhänger und Räder kommen aber im Radkeller top unter!Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler waren ein Segen für uns bei über zwei Wochen mit kleinen Kindern.
