This lower-level beachfront condo which has beautiful water views and direct access to Lake Michigan is the ideal location for your vacation getaway. After a fun-filled day at the lake, come home to a comfortable living room with plenty of space to stretch out. Snuggle up by the fireplace on chilly nights. Make use of the well-appointed kitchen for whipping up delicious vacation meals. Don’t feel like going down to the beach? No problem - the furnished porch is the perfect place to get some fresh air and enjoy the views. And at night, rest well in the beautifully outfitted bedrooms. Please note that this property does not have A/C. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. No Beach Club privileges. Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

That view right when you walk in is breathtaking. The location and beach access of this unit is wonderful. Loved the comfy king beds, spacious kitchen and bathrooms. We want to come back!

Great Condo!

This condo is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and in a great location...in The Homestead Resort, right on Lake Michigan, close to Glen Arbor and Leland. Wooded walking paths along the Crystal River are lovely, and the beach is beautiful.

Great Place, Great Location!

We have been staying in Condos in the Homestead for over 10 years. This unit is a great size for a family of 4 or 5, or two couples. It is a very short walk to the beach which was empty almost the whole time we were there. Place was well stocked and ready for us to enjoy. Would absolutely recommend!!!

On the Beach - Amazing Views

A great location on The Homestead’s South Beach. The ground floor property sits high enough to see over the dunes, but only has a dozen steps or so to the front door. The unit is well-appointed, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The deck has plenty of chairs and offers a great view of amazing sunsets and night stars.

Great Unit in Wonderful Location

Loved being on the ground level to walk out and see the view. As stated by another guest, if you prefer towels on the softer side, bring them. Also bring a beach blanket and towels. We would definitely return to this unit as it was a great get-away.

On the beach

The condo is well located with beautiful views and steps from the beach. The condo was not the cleanest. But We have stayed at far worse at the Homestead condos. Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with dishes, glasses, a skillet, and a large stock pot, coffee maker, a few knives. Towels were minimal, no beach towels, and the pillows are just very flat and old. The cleaning products used included Febreze air freshener did air out except for pillows on bed. The washing machine and dryer are stacked together and the machine is very small, but still helpful for a few towels and clothes. Property manager was very friendly and answered my questions. Overall a great stay. Beds are comfortable, living room and dining were nice. The beach and lake are so beautiful.
