The furnished deck, located off the dining area, includes a table and chairs for morning coffee or intimate dining. Downstairs, the main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options (including a double sofa bed), a wet bar with a minifridge, a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and access out to the furnished patio and backyard. Additional features and amenities include a private washer/dryer, a basketball hoop over the driveway, and high-speed internet access.
