NordseeResort - Holiday home for up to 4 people

The houses at the NordseeResort are built in the Scandinavian style and feature bright, spacious rooms with high ceilings. A special feature of the entire “Smukke Hus” is its light oak parquet flooring (except in the bathrooms). This non-smoking home is allergy-friendly and offers plenty of space for 4 to 5 people and a toddler.
On the ground floor, the light-filled living and dining area opens directly onto the south-facing terrace with a view of the greenery. The wood-burning stove provides additional cosy warmth on colder days, and the spring-core sofa can be converted into a sleeping area (140x200) if needed. In the ground-floor shower room, an infrared sauna invites you to relax. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bathroom with a tub and the two bedrooms are located. One bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200), a cosy little sofa, and a TV. The other bedroom features two box-spring beds (100x200). Both rooms offer plenty of space to retreat, play, or even set up an additional toddler bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be easily darkened.

The modern floor heating on the ground floor, the radiators on the upper floor, and additional towel warmers in the bathrooms ensure cosy warmth. All windows in the house are equipped with privacy or blackout pleated blinds; most also have insect screens.
A free parking space is available near the house.

The NordseeResort Büsum is one of our newest projects. A holiday park right on the North Sea. The chic Scandinavian holiday homes and apartments offer the perfect holiday atmosphere—not just when the sun is shining. The Family Lagoon, with all its bars, restaurants, and the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away. All homes are equipped with Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a sauna, and a washing machine. Each residence has at least one private parking space.
