On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find: 1 living room with a dining area, a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony.
In the upper part of the apartment (accessible via a staircase), there are 2 additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom.
One of the bedrooms upstairs has a double bed; the other has a single bed and a child’s cot.
Parking space in the underground garage/lift. Only cars measuring 5 m in length and 1.50 m in height can fit on the lift platform. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you another parking space for a fee. A lockable bike shed is available for your use.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).

General amenities
Kitchenette: dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

Facilities:

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbour, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, lift in the building, some holiday apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children's playground next to the building.
