On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find: 1 living room with a dining area and a sleeper sofa, a small kitchenette, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
On the upper level of the apartment (accessible via a staircase) there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 guest bathroom.
Parking space in the underground garage/lift. Only cars measuring 5 m in length and 1.50 m in height can fit on the lift platform. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you another parking space for a fee. A lockable bike shed is available for your use.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee)

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground on the property.
