The Space:

This lovely condo is located in the heart of Ocean City at Route 90 and the Ocean Highway. It is a great place for families to gather. It includes a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new carpet and furniture. The view is one of the best in OC! The balcony is huge and overlooks the beach with direct sun. The Calypso has a nice community pool, perfect for a refreshing dip.

The pool is open seasonally

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

What a great place! The space was perfect for myself and my two children. The proximity to the beach with kids was ideal, just a walk out! The unit was clean and comfortable. I loved that my kids were able to have their own room and bathroom and I could have mine. The balcony and view were fantastic. The location was great! We were only a short drive down to the boardwalk and other cool places. Highly recommend the SeaRocket dolphin tour - we saw tons of them! Really appreciated all the amenities and the clean space. The hosts really know what they are doing! Thank you for having us.

The condo was perfect! It was in a great location with food and activities in close proximity. The beach views were spectacular and the deck was perfect. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and it was truly wonderful.

The condo was in a great location, with beautiful views of the beach and sunrise Great communication! I loved the decor! Would recommend. The only caution is watch the front door as it gets very hot in the afternoon.

Excellent condo in great location with a beautiful view

We loved our stay! The spacious balcony afforded a gorgeous view of the ocean every minute. We sat in the morning with our coffee and in the evenings, had a cocktail looking at the sunsets. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking but there are plenty of restaurants if that’s not your thing. You have everything you need and more. We will go back.
