The holiday rental is located in a quiet part of the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe, near Baaber Bollwerk, in a small residential complex consisting of two buildings on the corner of Dorfstraße and Seestraße. Each apartment in the three-story buildings features a terrace or balcony, as well as a lockable bicycle/storage room and a parking space. The town centre, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few metres away, and the fine-sand beach is also within easy walking distance.

The Osterholz holiday rental is a 3-room duplex apartment with 75 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and features two balconies. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom features a corner bathtub and a shower. A hair dryer is provided. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. The apartment includes a reserved parking space (Nos. 2–7) and a shed for storing bicycles and other items (Nos. 2–7)

Please note: A visitor’s tax is charged for this property. The Baltic Sea resorts on the Mönchgut Peninsula charge this tourist tax per day (and not per night as is the case elsewhere), meaning it is also charged on the day of arrival and the day of departure!
