The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer lake views. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 metres away, behind City Hall.

A rich shade of green combined with white furniture characterises this holiday apartment on the ground floor, which overlooks the old town.
Amenities include a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday apartment is located on the second floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the historic old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 square metres—accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
