Just Fabulous!

This unit had everything we needed. The decor was spot on and it looked liked a interior decorators work. Felt extremely comfortable in this condo.

6/10 Okay

Nice views, well decorated unit but there were some issues

First the positives. Unit was nicely decorated and has great views. Unfortunately we had to rate this a three star because of the negatives. The building is very noisy, you easily hear your neighbors even when inside with all doors closed. IMPORTANT-this building does NOT restrict construction work on balconies during summer months, as many buildings do in Ocean City. Contractors in the unit below us were using a table saw consistently all day, for multiple days, on the balcony below us which was quite noisy and not what you want to hear on vacation. Given the pricing this unit is asking for, it should be upgraded with devices or cable that allows streaming services. Unfortunately given the issues outside of the unit we wouldn’t recommend this unit, unless it’s price is reduced to better represent what you are getting.

Charles, thank you for your thoughtful review. Thank you for stating the positives first. We are glad you enjoyed the decor and the views. We apologize for any noise disruptions you encountered due to neighbors and are so sorry for the disruption caused by the construction. We hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future for a much more enjoyable stay.
