Arrive and feel right at home...<br><br>Our holiday rental is an ideal starting point for walks, bike rides, and trips to the beach. <br>A parking space is available right outside the door.<br>The apartment was freshly renovated and refurnished in 2022—we’ve made sure you’ll have everything you need. <br><br>Pets are welcome. <br><br>A high chair and a cot can be booked as add-ons. <br><br>The fenced-in patio offers a place to grill and relax. <br><br>We’re working on our apartment every day so we can start renting it out starting May 15—photos to follow.<br><br>Location<br><br>The “Strandbude I” holiday rental at Strandstraße 3 in Brodersby near Schönhagen on the Baltic Sea welcomes you to a quiet location. The beach and the beautiful cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away, as are the nearby supermarket and the spacious playground. The locally renowned bakery and the kiosk are just a short walk across the street. <br><br><br>Amenities<br><br>You’ll find a cosy, sun-drenched 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level with a furnished terrace, equipped for 4 people. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room via floor-to-ceiling panoramic sliding doors. A charcoal grill invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. <br>The fenced-in, modernly equipped terrace offers plenty of space in the high-backed lounge area for sunny hours. You can safely let your dog and child play outside here. <br><br>The living room of the Strandbude is furnished with a high-quality sofa set that converts into a bed, two additional sleeping spots, and a flat-screen TV. <br><br>The living area also features a dining nook, perfect for cosy get-togethers and family meals. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, includes a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a filter coffee maker, and a dishwasher. All other necessary kitchen utensils that a gourmet could desire are also available here.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a 180x200 double bed with mattresses of varying firmness levels<br> (medium/firm), as well as a flat-screen TV. <br><br>Our bathroom features a spacious shower with seating and a toilet. We’ve already provided a hair dryer for you here. You can store your personal belongings in a bathroom chest of drawers.<br><br>Special features<br><br>The apartment offers free Wi-Fi access. There is a lockable bike storage room for your bicycles.<br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome here.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a dish brush, dish soap, and four dishwasher tablets. <br><br>Towel packages consisting of (1 tea towel, 1 guest towel, 2 small hand towels, 1 shower towel) can be booked separately, as can bed linens. <br><br>A cot with bedding and a high chair are available upon request.<br><br>If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
