A perfect getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria. The house was perfect and so close to everything. The first night there we walked to Bean Point easily. We enjoyed using the beach equipment that they provided. We spent so much time fishing off the dock in the canal as well. The kids all caught fish! The pool was fun as well. The house is on a culdesac and was quiet. A perfect getaway! We would stay again!

Was as advertised. Does have private pool and fish dock. They do have 24 hour service but takes little time after hours and on Sunday to reach. Be sure not to open door to outside pool without pushing alarm button. That was one of my issues but service after hours did tell me how to turn off. Had one or two small issues that need repair and could have waited til we left but came over fairly quick and knocked out of the way. Quite nice area at our rental time but like everything else, you can hear other pool music or daytime construction if sit by your pool but nothing too bad. A lot of places and the beach is about ten minute walk. 3 different beaches . Bay park is more canal beach , Ann Marie off pine is nicer. Renters provide beach wagon , chairs , tent, fish poles when we there, unless someone damages or takes. But if you want to eat around there, parking is like three.car spot , so you need to walk to enjoy or get a golf cart. But me and wife are sixty and have overall great vacation
