Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home (all en-suite!) offers total privacy for groups and families.
Living & Dining: An open-concept layout with coastal-chic decor, flooded with natural light. The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, flowing seamlessly into the screened dining porch—perfect for sunset cocktails overlooking the canal.
Bedrooms:
Suite 1: King bed, luxury linens, and a spa-like en-suite bath.
Suite 2: King bed with direct access to the pool deck.
Suite 3: Flexible sleeping arrangements, perfect for kids or a second couple.
Laundry & Amenities: Forget the garage! Our high-capacity LG WashTower is located inside for your convenience. We also provide a "Beach Bundle" including a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas so you can hit the sand like a local.

* All areas are accessible except the two-floor cottage next to the private swimming pool (for the owner's storage only; nobody lives there).
* You can park your boat at the private dock. Please note that the dock can't lift boats. Please let me know if you need to park your boat.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Whisper! We were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go and the beach was so close. Beach towels and a super efficient washer and dryer made things even easier. Watching the manatees off the dock and going for a quick kayak was a great way to wind down after a day at the beach. Jen was easy to communicate with and so helpful.

Wonderful location! Close to the city pier and Pine ave where many restaurants and shops are located. We loved fishing off the dock and walking the beaches. Amazing stay!

One of few on the island with dockage and pool!

Excellent accommodations with each Of 3 bedrooms having its own full bath and TV. It is within walking distance to downtown and the beautiful beach. Boat dock! Owners were quick to respond and went above and beyond to accommodate.

Long Weekend Stay

This location was the PERFECT place for us and our friends. Centrally located on the North end of Anna Maria Island, it’s only 10-15 min walk to beaches and 8-10 min walk to numerous eating establishments. The house is lovely with a large covered screened-in lanai and a large pool that was great. Supplied with everything you could possibly need. 3 bedrooms each with their own full bath. Open plan kitchen-living-dining area perfect for a small group like ours (6 adults)Communication with owner was easy and quick! Quiet area but very close to restaurants and night life. Would definitely book again next time in AMI!!!

We enjoyed the screened in area.

The house has three bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, which was wonderful. The location is only a 5 minute walk from Pine Street.

Anna Maria Stay

We had a great stay in Anna Maria. House was perfectly located, plenty of parking, and ample space throughout the house. Every room had its own bathroom which was great. Everything was within walking distance including plenty of restaurants and beaches. Kids loved the outside areas, and the house was decorated nicely and kept clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys at the house. Host answered all of our questions very quickly and provided some good advice on restaurants and things to do on the island. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Good property, great location

This property needs some updating and overall it was a great stay. The decor looked to have been updated 10-15 years ago. We took advantage of the kayaks, very peaceful meandering through the canals. There is one bike, fairly old, so we rented a couple more for our crew. The location is across the street from the community center (pickleball or tennis for $20/person - 3 indoor courts as well). The entire island is convenient for riding bikes, golf carts, or just walking. There aren’t enough restaurants to handle the busy season, expect to wait quite a while for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall enjoyable stay and the owners were easy to work with.

some pros, some cons

Pros: Overall the property was nice. There was just two of us, so there was more than enough room for us to stretch out, but the property would also be good for a family or couples that might want to travel together as each bedroom has a bathroom attached. The inside of the house was clean upon arrival, and the bed in the bedroom that we used was comfortable. The washer/dryer seemed new and the wi-fi worked without issues. The covered patio outside was also nice and came in handy for a few rainy days that we had during our stay. The pool person came each Thursday to check the pool, the grill worked well (although a bit worn on the inside), there were a few eating options within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. There were some beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use as well, although a few of the chairs were in rough shape. There were some bikes there that I assume were for guest use which was a nice gesture, but they were in rough shape and the tires were flat so the were unusable. Cons: The owner sent a separate rental agreement that stated limited supplies of certain household amenities would be provided such as toilet paper and dish soap, but it was a little disappointing to find what little was actually provided based on the price point of property. We were also surprised to find no dish rack to dry dishes on and to find the lock on one of the sliding doors was not working. (It was basically some loose screws that we were able to tighten enough, and we emailed the owner to make they were aware so they could fully address it after our stay) The outside of the property was a little messy with construction debris/materials stored under the stairs of the garage as well as in a little blocked off patio area which you had to look at as you went to/from the pool or dock. Again, we were blessed to have the opportunity to take a trip like this in the first place, but when you are on vacation I don’t necessarily want that to be what I have to look at. One last thing was that that the shower in the bedroom we stayed in was lacking a gasket on bottom of the glass door so every time you took a shower, the floor by the shower was flooded with water which needed to be cleaned up.

Great Location for a Great Time

Sea Whisper is in an excellent location on the north end of Anna Maria Island within very close walking distance of all the shops and food on Pine Street, as well as just a short walk (or drive) to the beach. The property was very clean for us and Jenny was in close communication throughout our stay. She was an excellent and gracious host. We even saw some manatees in the canal behind the house. The pool was a pretty cold, but the kids swam in it a couple of times. The beds were very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay.

Super Spacious

The home was well maintained and so large and comfortable. The best part would have to be the outdoor area. The large covered porch was perfect as our stay occurred during a windy tropical storm. The porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors! Home was protected from wind and rain. Great open living space and beds were very comfy. Pool area could use some TLC, but it was great to sit on the deck and watch the wildlife on the water.

We love AMI

This is a nice property. The 3 bedrooms each have a full bath connected to the bedroom. The screened in pool is fantastic. We saw manatees swim up to the dock behind the house. We could easily get to the beach, pier, recreation facilities, and everything else on the island.

Even better than expected

Our family which included five adults and two kids (4 and 7) had the most amazing stay. The home is better than described, plenty of space, beautiful, and a great location. When we arrived there were even a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. We all loved watching/seeing the manatees from the dock and the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, bikes. We had everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, the pier. Even before we booked Jenny was quick to respond to all the questions we had and she continued the same level of responsiveness the whole time. Thanks Jenny for such a great stay! We hope to be back again! :)

Delightful cottage

We really loved the home… it was surprising how a 1500 sq ft home could feel o So big… having a private bathroom for each bedroom was great. Loved the heated pool and the private dock (where 3 manatees entertained every day). The home is right in the heart of Anna Maria where you can walk or ride bikes to Anna Maria downtown and piers, and easy access to both the bay and beach.

Great house walking distance to beach

My wife and I came here with two other couples for a wedding and this house was a great home base. The house is a short walk to beaches and all of the shops and restaurants on the island. the pool was great. We each had a bedroom and bathroom.
