It's time to get away and this cozy Creekwood condo is your ticket to carefree coastal living. Complete with an on-site pool, this dreamy retreat boasts convenient nearby access to great local dining, outlet shopping, the beach, and Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk attractions. At home, enjoy breezy outdoor living on the fully screened patio, or relax inside with shows and movies on the living room smart TV. A collection of board games is also provided for added family fun. The full kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking and includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Stairs are required to access this vacation rental; elevators are not provided. No pets allowed per HOA rules, the owner does have their own dog. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
