Absolutely lovely. Next to a mexican restaurant and walking distance from the beach. My dog loved it too. We went with a large berner and he fit in just fine. The house was clean, cute and everything was working properly

Just a few days at the beach. Very convenient location. Small but everything you need. We will try to sneak a few more days there. Next time we will bring a mattress topper.

Cute beach cottage

Cute beach cottage located off rt 1. Quite, clean stay to stay. Rt 1 busy, high traffic. Unless your a local it's the only way to get around. Close to shopping and most of all beautiful beach.

Great little cottage. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good communication. Not too far from the beach, about a 4 minute drive. There were a couple restaurants we could walk to. This is one of the only places I found that would let me bring my cat without a ridiculous fee. Idk why people discriminate against cats. Cats rule! So does this place. I would stay here again. It had everything we needed. Nice to have a kitchen. Heat worked well. The bathroom was a little small but not a big deal. Two parking spaces. You have to bring your own towels and sheets though. I just brought a sleeping bag because sheets seem too complicated to bring on vacation lol. Overall great place.

Perfect weekend getaway

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were close to everything. We were able to bring out dog and because we were there in April she was able to be on the beach. The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We didn’t need to use the washer/dryer or the dishwasher, but it was nice to know they were there if needed. The little neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We are planning on making the April trip an annual event and will hopefully be able to rent this again.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our getaway to Rehoboth Beach in November. The cottage is comfortable. Be aware that there is no wifi unless you have a membership with Xfinity. The kitchen is adequate, but not what you would consider fully stocked if you're looking to cook more involved meals. There isn't a DVD player, but there is a TV. Since the cleaning should be done by guests when they leave, there is some risk that the unit won't be as clean as you might like. For this reason, the refrigerator was dirty at our arrival. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. Overall, it's a nice cottage for two and their dog!

So glad you enjoyed a comfortable stay. Since myself and other family members comprise the cleaning crew, we ask our guests to leave the cottage clean as they found it. We simply ask you take out your trash and clean up after yourself. This saves our guests the cost of a cleaning fee, and allows us to spend less time cleaning. A win..win situation for the last 19 years. If anything is not up to your satisfaction, we encourage you to let us know right away, as our goal is for each of our guests to enjoy the cottage as much as we do.

Paul was great at answering a couple of early on questions. House was as advertised. Would have liked to have more pictures of the house and less dog pics in the posting. 2 parking spots clearly marked. Close to a lovely Mexican restraunt within easy walking distance. House is on a quiet deadend street so no traffic what so ever
