Our Villa Oestereich is centrally located in the historic part of Binz and features apartments that were completely renovated in 2019. The spacious and bright apartments accommodate 2–4 people and offer state-of-the-art amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. Villa am Park, located in the adjacent building, features a fully equipped and spacious fitness and sauna area. We value personalised service and do our best to accommodate your requests.

The ground-floor suite is spacious at approximately 47 m², featuring a separate living room and bedroom; the living room invites you to relax and unwind, and an open kitchen rounds out the space. The bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, toaster, oven, and ceramic cooktop, as well as a dishwasher; it also includes dishes, cooking utensils, and silverware.

Your morning coffee and tea are definitely taken care of—you can prepare them using the coffee maker and electric kettle provided.

The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with cable TV and a radio; Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment.

This very cosy apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or a family with children totaling up to 4 people. We’ll be happy to set up the sleeper sofa for any children travelling with you or for the third adult.
