As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a completely new living experience, largely defined by the high-quality, new flooring. This flooring runs as a unifying design element throughout the entire apartment, creating a warm, elegant atmosphere.

The centrepiece of your stay is the light-filled living and dining area, which impresses with its open-concept layout. Here, relaxation and enjoyment blend into a harmonious whole. The integrated, modern kitchen is a true eye-catcher and, with its full range of appliances—from the oven to the dishwasher to practical freezer options—leaves nothing to be desired. While you prepare culinary delights in the kitchen, the cosy sofa corner with its own TV invites you to linger. The harmoniously integrated dining area also offers the ideal setting for spending time together and enjoying leisurely breakfasts in a stylish atmosphere.

Two separate bedrooms, which were thoroughly tailored to your needs during the 2026 renovation, ensure restful nights. Instead of the original sleeper sofa, you’ll now find two high-quality single beds that offer significantly more flexibility and first-class sleeping comfort. This room also features its own closet and, thanks to the new design concept, blends seamlessly into the apartment’s modern overall aesthetic.
