The unit itself was fine. The check in was not. It should have been communicated more clearly that the office was several miles away. We met other families that were trying to check in and had to tell them about going to another building for check in. We were disappointed that the pools were closed. None of the grills (A and /or B buildings) were usable. We even found the maintenance staff and they told my husband that the grills were not safe to use. Also, the bugs outside our door were horrendous due to the outside light. Maintenance should be cleaning them...they got into the unit every time we opened the door.
