Perfect family vacation

This house and community was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children, ages 0-8. Easy access to the state seashore and Bethany and the community amenities meant we aleays had something to do... pool, biking the pine trail ot to a coffee shop, kayaking, fishing, ping pong, etc. The home space was beautiful and perfect for us too!

Beautiful and well appointed home

This is such a beautiful property. We had the best beach week enjoying the neighborhood pool. We kayaked and rode bikes. It is really safe for kids. We hope to be back next summer!

House was wonderful. Great kitchen with every possible thing, all labeled for easy use and finding/putting away.Pool was close, pretty and scenic and not at all crowded.Everything in the home was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable.Only downside was beach access. The private access “beach” was not a beach. It was a lovely inland waterway, perfect for kayaks but no sand or swimmable water. Good beaches were a short drive away but absolutely not walkable. This should have been made clear. Overall, great family rental!
