Welcome to the 3-room holiday apartment No. 202,
. This well-maintained apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a spacious balcony with a wonderful southeast-facing view of the Baltic Sea, looking beyond the first row of buildings. You can access the balcony from the combined living-dining area with a kitchenette. The master bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (top: 80 cm x 190 cm; bottom: 135 cm x 190 cm). There is no space for a travel cot in the bedrooms. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The beach and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
