240 - off for a walk on the beach

Welcome to the 3-room holiday apartment No. 240!

The apartment is located in the second row of townhouses, right next to the beach. From the third floor, looking over the first row of houses, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view along the coast across Lübeck Bay. From the cosy combined living and dining area, you have access to the southeast-facing balcony. The modern kitchen, equipped with an oven and stove, opens onto the dining area via a serving hatch. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 180 cm), and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (80 cm x 180 cm). Both bedrooms have a window, while the shower room is located inside the apartment. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach—no need to cross any streets. The parking space is located in front of the house.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee during your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bakery kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
