This holiday rental with a balcony offers all the comforts you need for restful and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea. From sunrise until the afternoon, you can enjoy the sun—an awning is available on the balcony. With 55 square metres of living space, there’s room for up to 4 people. The bright, nautically themed living room offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea through its large panoramic windows. Here you’ll find a box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm) positioned directly in front of the large panoramic window. Blackout blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The separate bedroom, which includes a TV, features a pull-out single bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). The dining area and a living room suite with two recliners and a reading nook featuring a flat-screen TV (55 inches) round out the apartment’s excellent amenities. A wide selection of board games, books, and DVDs invites you to enjoy a cosy and relaxing stay. The separate kitchen is small but well-equipped with a high-quality oven and stove. The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach without having to cross a street. Parking space included.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
