The open-concept kitchen ensures that even “the cook” won’t feel left out—it’s fully and well-equipped, giving you the option to prepare your own meals. The bathroom also features a sauna and a bathtub.<br> Note: There is a bumblebee nest on the property—these bees are a protected species and do not sting!!<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.<br><br><br> Electricity is billed based on usage at €0.60/kWh.<br><br><br>Site map:<br><br> Strandpark Sierksdorf is quietly located on the outskirts of town and combines the special atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style holiday home community with close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive holiday homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in every season—from family holidays in the summer to a cosy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.<br><br>The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.<br><br>The accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted only on the lawn. Each accommodation includes a parking space. All holiday rentals are non-smoking.<br><br>A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, there are four EV charging stations in the public area with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW.
