. This one-room, non-smoking holiday rental is located on the 8th floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and features a furnished southwest-facing balcony with a side view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is approximately 33 square metres in size and suitable for 2 people. The combined living and sleeping area features a fold-out wall bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The small kitchen has a serving hatch to the living and sleeping area and is equipped with an oven and stove. The shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, subject to prior registration.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green hinterland.
