This one-room holiday apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and features a south-west-facing balcony with a side view of the Baltic Sea over the residential complex. The apartment is approximately 33 square metres in size and accommodates 2 people. The combined living and sleeping area features a sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm). The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, and opens onto the living area via a dining counter. The bathroom with shower is located inside the unit. The floor is covered with designer plank flooring. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay. <br><br>Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, subject to prior registration.<br><br>All our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliff-top trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
