Welcome to Apartment 37 in the Meeresrauschen building!

Thanks to its location near the beach, the building truly lives up to its name. This attractive, modern 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features two balconies and a wonderful 30-square-meter rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of the sea. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, is integrated into the combined living and dining area. Here, you can spend pleasant moments with friends and family at the large dining table, or wind down the day in the cosy sofa corner. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (each 100 x 200 cm). The large, modern bathroom features a bathtub and a shower; there is also a guest bathroom. Laundry facilities are available in the house. Parking space included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for the duration of your stay for a fee.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, mit Balkon und Dachterrasse. Das Bad war sehr groß und in der Küche war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Allerdings wurde nichts von der großen Baustelle direkt gegenüber erwähnt. Der Fahrradkeller der direkt an die Tiefgarage anschließt war leider mit alten, defekten Rädern belegt, sodass wir einen anderen Fahrradkeller im Inneren des Kellers benutzen mussten. Um in diesen Keller zu gelangen, mussten wir umständlich durch fünf selbst schließende Türen.

Nach einer Woche in Pelzerhaken in der Wohnung Villa Meeresrauschen App37 können wir uns nur allen positiven Beurteilungen anschließen. Allens bestens, nur schade, dass wir die Terrassen nicht benutzen konnten, aber im Monat März ist das normal. Alles bestens!!!!!

Eine tolle Wohnung, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und sogar der Verschluss für eine Sektflasche fehlte nicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung noch einmal mieten. Ein unbeschwerter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sorgte für schöne Urlaubstage. Besonders gut, waren die zwei Balkone bei Sommertage um die 30Grad.
