The south-facing garden—complete with a large terrace featuring a sunny dining area, a parasol, and a beach chair—offers a magnificent view of the unspoiled neighbouring property. Here, you can enjoy the rare sight of numerous storks racing for the best spots during nesting season or striding across the neighbouring meadow in search of food for their young.

Ideal for children, teenagers, or guests who appreciate their own space.

As soon as you arrive, the spacious gravel driveway—designated as a private road—instils a genuine holiday feeling. At the end of this driveway are three to four parking spaces belonging to the property. The sunny, south-facing natural stone terrace, the peaceful garden with its lounge area and beach-like ambiance, as well as the front terrace, invite you to enjoy long evenings outdoors in the summer. Here, you can soak up the sun well into the late evening hours.

The location is underrated, but depending on your personal preferences, it’s unbeatable: in just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the charming village centre of St. Peter-Ording. Families and nature lovers have the popular West Coast Park practically right on their doorstep. Experience seals, wildlife, and unspoiled nature on a lovely walk. How enriching for children and relaxing for parents when the little ones can go on their own adventure to the wildlife park while on holiday and come back with wonderful experiences. The nearest bus stop is right outside the Westküstenpark car park, and the Sankt-Peter-Süd train station is just 800 m away, so you can rely on public transport at any time. The delicious Italian restaurant, serving pizza, pasta, and more, is right across the street, so you can give the kitchen a rest every now and then. And if you do decide to cook or grill, there are several supermarkets and other shopping options just a two-minute drive away, and a family-sized gas grill is available in the shed.
