The Accommodation
The apartment is a brand-new construction(completed in June 2021) and fully equipped with new, high-quality furnishings. It is located on the 2nd floor and measures 65 m². The apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and a large living area with a kitchen and dining area.

The bedroom features a large double box-spring bed with a nightlight and options for charging your cell phone via a wireless charger or electrical sockets. The furnishings include a large closet with ample storage space and a television. You can access the balcony through the large French doors, but these can be darkened at night using blinds to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The living room is the heart of the apartment and offers a place to relax with a couch, armchairs, and a TV with cable and smart TV features.
The modern, new kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals. These can then be served at the spacious dining table located at the back of the room.

The bathroom features a modern grey colour scheme and offers ample storage space for your toiletries. The highlight is located at the back of the bathroom: the sauna. It provides additional relaxation after an eventful day and is especially soothing after long walks on the beach.

The apartment’s surroundings are very quiet, close to nature, and right on the beach.
The holiday rental includes a parking space in the underground garage. From there, you can start your holiday relaxed and take the lift up to the holiday rental on the 2nd floor.

The holiday rental is located on the western edge of Kühlungsborn and offers a wide range of options for your holiday. For one thing, the holiday rental is right on the beach (150 metres away), and thanks to its private beach access, you can walk directly to the beach through the “Gateway to the Sea.”
If you’re in the mood for entertainment and variety, a 10-minute walk will take you straight to the beach promenade. With its countless cafés, restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping options, the promenade invites you to stroll and linger. The highlight is the Ferris wheel located on Balticplatz in Kühlungsborn West, which is one of the tallest of its kind in Europe. From a height of 60 metres, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the beach, Kühlungsborn, and the Baltic Sea.
You can also explore nearby Baltic Sea resorts like Heiligendamm or Warnmünde by bike along well-maintained bike paths, and even the Hanseatic city of Rostock is just 30 kilometres away.
