Enjoy elevated water views of the open ocean, Linekin Bay, and two lighthouses from this classic Ocean Point cottage. The ocean views cannot be beat as you enjoy them straight from the large, open living area. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you warm on those cooler nights, and you'll still be able to hear the sound of the crashing waves while you play board games or read one of the provided books.

There is also a full kitchen for easy meal preparation, a furnished patio with a gas grill, and plenty of space for dining and relaxing indoors and outdoors. Located right on the water, you may never want to leave this home's gorgeous vistas, but if you venture out, you'll find the Ocean Point Preserve just a half-mile away. The town center is less than four miles away, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

This is a very beautiful secluded rental. It was also pet friendly. Our Lab loved to run in the yard while we were outside. The lake and fall trees were gorgeous!

The house was perfect for our Naibe getaway. Super clean, very comfortable beds, all the comforts of home. The owners thought of everything! Beautiful view of the lake/pond, very private! We even spotted two fawns in the yard. I would definitely return and recommend staying in this home.

Great stay in Gouldsboro

This house was wonderful! Clean, easy to find on GPS, even in the dark when we arrived and a very quiet location. The view was beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard and across the lake. We utilized the fire pit on a cool night and enjoyed s’mores with our family. The small touches were thoughtful-mini bottles of shampoo & conditioner, mini bars of soap, coffee available for the coffee maker. Beds were comfortable as well. If we’re ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again.

Stars for days on a peaceful pond.

Wow, what a place! We were so fortunate it was available for our stay. The setting is gorgeous and we loved the drive up to the house with it's long winding driveway. We had turkeys in the front yard and saw a porcupine. It's a very comfy and spotless home with great beds and linens, plenty of blankets and throws for chilly nights and a firepit to gather around. Not to mention the fantastic deck! The kitchen has all new appliances and the cutest coffee bar set up. One of our guests is disabled so the house being one level was big help. It was an easy entry up a few stairs from the garage with rails on both sides. You do need to go down to the lower level for the washer/dryer. We felt we had our own little oasis with the benefit of It being an easy trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this marvelous house again!
