Nearby, you'll find local lakes and the renowned Elephant Rock Golf Course, with Flagstaff just 45 minutes away and the stunning Sedona only an hour's drive. When you're not out exploring, you can relax in the comfort of our home and appreciate the beauty of our neighborhood.

The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, spotless and cozy beds, and a secure, fenced backyard that’s ideal for play time for the children or gathering around the outdoor table with friends and family at the end of a long fun day! You'll appreciate the privacy our location offers, along with beautiful trees and well-maintained landscaping.

While this home is not ADA-compliant, it is primarily single-level with only a few steps, ideal for those seeking to avoid multiple flights of stairs. One of the two bathrooms includes a walk-in shower for your convenience.

Does it sleep 8 comfortably? It can, this home is equipped with, Bedroom 1: King matrress, Bedroom 2: Two Queens, Bedroom 3: Twin bed with a roll out trundle.... Ideally, six adults would find the space very comfortable. However, if you're the 7th or 8th adult in the group and are open to using the trundle —both of which are extremely cozy—then eight guests can sleep here without issue.

How far from the Grand Canyon? 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. Williams is where you want to be if you are visiting the Grand Canyon, anything closer is extremly rural, sometimes even off grid and you won’t have as many fun things to occupy your time! There are excellent restaurants and so much fun to be had in our tiny town!

Is the neighborhood safe? Our neighbor is stunning, friendly and we know all our neighbors!
