This cozy cottage is across the street from Long Island Sound (~200 ft from public access point) in a secluded beach community tucked away from the bustle of Fairfield’s large beaches. The community boasts a beach, playground and nature trails and is also within walking distance of the Par 3 golf course. Downtown Fairfield and the Metro North train station serving the New Haven line into NYC is a 5-minute drive away. Downtown Southport and its charming Pequot Avenue are equally close.
