This private home with a guest apartment is located in a residential area with controlled access and security personnel. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and direct access to the terrace with the pool.

The house is equipped with a solar power system and a backup battery. This ensures that power outages are easily bridged, allowing you to use the house as usual. All lights, outlets, the internet, the washing machine, and the refrigerator remain powered even when others are experiencing “load shedding.” Only the hob, oven, and air conditioning are unavailable during these times. During these times, however, you can use the grill on the terrace instead.

Romantic cafés, supermarkets, and a mall are all just a few minutes away. The beach, with its numerous restaurants, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Four golf courses are just a 15-minute drive away. With diving schools, surf schools, paintball, gyms, and more, the recreational options are almost endless.
