We occasionally rent out our fully equipped holiday home with two gardens for exclusive use. Close to the beach, town centre, and harbour. For 1 to 4 guests.

Bicycles, children’s and baby gear, bed linens, and towels are provided free of charge in the house.

2 bedrooms, large living-dining room, sunroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, guest bathroom, air conditioning/heating, 2 gardens with a gas grill and patio furniture, comprehensive mosquito protection.

An additional fee of €80 or €138 per stay applies for final cleaning by the property management, depending on the option selected (with or without an on-site handover).

All-inclusive allowances for electricity and water are included in the rental price.

Bottled gas is charged based on actual consumption.

No pets.

No rentals to youth groups or party groups. Thank you for your understanding.

The tourist tax is charged separately and currently amounts to €1 per adult (ages 16 and up) per day in Catalonia.

Location:
The holiday home is located in a quiet area of single-family homes with partly park-like gardens, 800 metres from the main beach (Platja Riells).

Distances:
Centre of L’Escala and beach promenade: 800 m
“Montgri” Nature Reserve: 400 m
Medical care, hospital, and pharmacies; supermarkets and shops for daily necessities: in L’Escala.

Arrival/Departure:
By car via the “Route du Soleil” (A7) highway through France to Figueres; from there, approximately 20 km along the well-maintained country road to L’Escala. Travel time from Aachen / Cologne / Frankfurt am Main is approximately 11 hours.

By plane to/from Barcelona or Girona Airport, and from there by hire car or bus to L’Escala. Travel time from Barcelona is approximately 90 minutes (Girona: 45 minutes) by car.

Note: The outdoor area and the garage of the holiday home are monitored by security cameras for safety reasons. In consultation with you, the outdoor camera surveillance can be deactivated during your stay.

Accommodation

Your holiday rental welcomes you at the front of the house with a sandstone-style front yard, where a seating area with a dining table is provided. Through the sunroom (where all windows can be opened), you enter the living-dining room, where a cosy couch invites you to relax and a large dining set invites you to dine. The large LED SMART TV with all modern connectivity options provides entertainment, while the air conditioning ensures your ideal comfort temperature. A small bathroom is discreetly located between the living-dining room and the kitchen.
The kitchen features a large dishwasher, a microwave with oven and grill functions, a refrigerator and freezer, a two-burner gas stove, a kettle, as well as a Nespresso machine and a coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and all necessary utensils.
From the kitchen, you can step out onto the large rear garden, which has been converted into a terrace featuring Andalusian-style seating, sun loungers, recliners, umbrellas, a garden shower, a gas grill, and a shady olive tree. Here you’ll find space for your hobbies or simply to relax. To protect against insects, a portable outdoor mosquito net is available if needed. The garden is shielded from prying eyes and is enclosed at the back by a brick barbecue pavilion.
Inside the house, a marble staircase leads from the living-dining room to the upper floor. There you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a provided children’s/baby bed (see photo), as well as another bedroom with two large single beds (each 1 m x 2 m), which can be pushed together to form a double bed
