Very comfortable and private.

Nice place. Would stay again. Only one minor negative: I got WiFi on my lap top, but my wife could not get it on her I phone. Is only one device per property aloud?

Great location to wineries

The villa was well equipped just very tired looking and needs a lot of updating. The kitchen appliances are very old & shabby looking. The resort had great amenities, would stay again just a different villa.

Labor Day stay

My family and I enjoyed our weekend very much! One thing I could suggest is informing your guests they wont have access to the main pool where they serve drinks and food. While we do have access to the other ones, those pools dont serve food or drinks

This is our second time staying in this condo. Close to the winery's, downtown and restaurants through out the valley. We went for a walk every morning along the golf cart paths which circle the golf course. A very enjoyable stay and looking forward to our next one here.

Reviewer Comments: Great accommodations for a trip to Napa. The unit was comfortable and was in a great location to all winery's . The kitchen is pretty basic. The coffee pot was a little old so the coffee was never hot. The bakery was very close to this unit so we got fresh coffee and muffins for breakfast. The king size bed was amazing , very comfortable and pillows were nice too. Would defiantly stay again.

Strong marks, not perfect though

Problem with front door security code, had to use physical key. Lack of towels for 4 days. These were minor tho, would stay again.

It was accurate to the photos.

I thought your cleaning people could have done a better job. Some trash was left in the bin under the sink, some used cloths were left on the counter, there was no backup toilet tissue and no broom or vacuum to sweep the kitchen floor. Also, the carpets, sofa and dining chairs could use a cleaning.

Great Location and Unit

My husband and I had a great experience staying at this VRBO property for 10+ days. The location is great, with quick access to downtown Napa, grocery stores, walking trails, restaurants, and wineries. We really liked the unit layout with the bedroom separate from the living room and kitchen, as my husband was working in the living room (east coast hours) and I could be in the bedroom. The laundry room is located close to the unit (30 steps or so), shared with others (I never had to wait for a washer or dryer), and takes credit cards. The kitchen was stocked, but I would recommend the property manager buy a good cutting board, measuring cups, and one good knife (all were dull). Overall, we loved it and will definitely stay there again!

Mostly a good experience.

When we arrived we discovered there were no batteries in the remote for the living room. I had to go to a local store to get batteries. The strike plate for the front door was held in place with only one small Phillips screw. The plate almost fell off but I was able to tighten it with a knife I had. There should be two solid screws to hold the door plate solidly. Also a lightbulb was burned out above the bathroom sink.

nice condo, quite area

the condo was nicely furnished and decorated. it was clean and quite, near a small pool. the bathroom amenities only lasted a few days, which was already expected. however, I would say that there should be more bathroom tissue and facial tissue. we did not have enough bathroom tissue for 2 people for 4 days. I don't think we had a full roll. we had to go buy some the last day, however, turnkey reservation was able to reimburse us a small amount for the inconvenience. I would also say that if you are planning to cook, bring your own special utensils, spices, oil, aluminum foil, etc. the kitchen only has salt and pepper and basic utensils. overall, it was a nice place.

Your feedback regarding the quantity of items provided makes for a great opportunity to review what TurnKey stocks and what the guest may wish to bring themselves or pick up at the nearby store once they reach town. We stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or at least get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip as needed (especially if they are planning to do some serious cooking). Items that we stock prior to each stay include: dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper (a few rolls in each bathroom), a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap and the standard amenities that you might find in a hotel with the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bath. Thank you again for bringing this up because we know that vacation rentals all handle this a little differently, and it can be confusing if you've rented before outside of TurnKey. Silverado Gem

A beautifully decorated condo, with attention to detail that made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and feeling as if we had enjoyed V.I.P. accommodations. The kitchen was well-equipped, new TV's in the living room and bedroom, and the bed/bath linens were heavenly! The rental agency had emailed detailed information regarding our check-in, and provided a Samsung Tablet in the unit that had more information about the Napa Valley. This unit is in a convenient location within the Silverado Resort: close to the pool, and a short walk to the golf course, and Mansion. Note: the Market at the resort is stocked with a wide variety of necessities plus wines and tempting bakery and picnic eats. Silverado is a great location for exploring all that the Napa Valley has to offer: world famous wine tasting, outstanding restaurants, shopping, and outdoor sports. Use the Silverado Trail road to "commute" up and down the Valley----much faster than Highway 29 and its bucolic scenery is postcard worthy. We would enthusiastically recommend this condo to friends planning a trip to Wine Country!
