The living area is furnished with a cosy L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a large flat-screen TV; you’ll also find the dining table with four chairs and the built-in kitchen here. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Bosch capsule machine, a toaster, a kettle, etc. A kitchen radio is also available.

Both bedrooms each have a double bed and a flat-screen TV; one bedroom has a wardrobe, and the other has a chest of drawers and additional coat hooks. Next to each bed, you’ll find several USB ports for charging your mobile devices.

The bright shower room features a large sink, a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

From the living area, you can access the garden, which features two spacious terraces, each with a table, four adjustable chairs, two additional chairs, and a patio umbrella. You’ll also find two sun loungers in the storage shed.

The entire apartment has tile floors and is equipped with underfloor heating. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens; the bedrooms also have electric exterior roller shutters.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in this apartment; smoking is not permitted.

Next to the house is a large storage shed with an electrical socket where you can charge your e-bikes.

This light-filled apartment is located in Neu-Hauen, away from the hustle and bustle of Greetsiel, yet the centre of Greetsiel is still within easy walking distance.
