Perfect place for our family beach vacation!

We love how easy the access is to the beach and the pool. You are just steps away from setting up on the beach. It’s never overly crowded there or at the pool. It’s the perfect place for a family beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Romar Beach!

The condo was clean and had everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. The toilet is a bit low to the floor, but we adapted. We did enjoy being on the first floor.

Why they chose this property

Why Choose This Location True Beachfront Living: The building is positioned so that the Gulf of Mexico is essentially your backyard. You can walk straight from the pool area onto the private boardwalk. Low-Density Advantage: Unlike the massive 20-story towers nearby, this three-story complex feels more private and laid-back. It's perfect for travelers who want to avoid long elevator waits and crowded pool decks. Central Orange Beach: You are situated in a prime spot for dining and entertainment. It is very close to local favorites like Wolf Bay and just a short drive from the shopping and nightlife at The Wharf. Because it is an older, established building, it often provides a more authentic, nostalgic beach vacation experience compared to the newer glass-and-steel developments.

What makes this property unique

Low-Density Privacy The most significant benefit is the three-story, low-density design. In an area where twenty-story towers are the norm, this smaller footprint provides a much quieter and more personal atmosphere. Less Crowded Sand: Because there are fewer total units in the building, the stretch of private beach directly in front of the complex remains less congested, even during the peak summer season. Quick Beach Access: The proximity of the units to the shoreline means you are often just steps away from the water, rather than navigating through massive lobbies and parking decks. Authentic Gulf Coast Atmosphere Romar Beach retains the classic aesthetic of an established Alabama beach getaway, offering a more nostalgic feel than the modern glass-and-steel developments. Community Amenities: The property features a beachfront pool and a dedicated outdoor grilling area, encouraging a social, family-friendly environment that feels like a traditional summer home. Central Positioning: It is located near Gulf State Park, giving you easy access to miles of protected hiking and biking trails while still being minutes away from the dining and entertainment at The Wharf.
