What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. Security camera details: The HOA board has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the common areas and in the parking lot.

Great quiet location! Perfect for our entire family! Beautiful beach! Comfortable beds, smaller pool, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed our stay!
This was our first time staying at the romar and it was amazing! Parking was great and easy to navigate, elevators didn’t take forever, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Over all this was the perfect place for a family vacation!
Great place to stay, hosts were very easy to get in contact. The shower head in one of our bathrooms broke during nightly showers, they had a plumber there the next morning and had it fixed!! Will stay again!
Great place to stay at! Clean & beautiful condo, comfy beds, a good washer & dryer, extra blankets. Just be sure to contact Island Rentals maintenance phone number & not the one listed on the building for any issues. Pack or bring salt & pepper and cooking spray- including those 3 items are the only things I'd add to make this condo better.
The property is nice, a little dated. The elevator wasnt working one of the days so had to use the stairs, was a little tough for my parents. The condo itself wasn’t as clean as we would have preferred but overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again.
Great location. Very short walk to beach. Small but very manageable. Pool wasn’t cleaned regularly as a lot of sand ant the bottom and didn’t appear chemicals were checked regularly as water was cloudy and had a different odor(not bad but different). Glass sliding door would not lock.
An extra hour of cleaning would have helped a lot. Dusty on some surfaces and in corners. Food and sand in/under cushions. Deck and deck furniture dirty. Missing or burnt out light bulbs. Broken locks. Bedskirt on master bed was filthy.
These were all minor issues that did not effect our overall enjoyment of our trip. We enjoyed the location and quietness of the building.

Pros: on the beach, clean, quiet at night, family oriented!Cons: I don’t recommend booking with Island Rentals! Check in time was supposed to be at 4pm and they don’t give you the door code until the unit is ready, we were told by text at 3:15pm the condo wouldn’t be ready til 5pm. Then at 4:30 I was told by the lady that brought us a parking pass, so we could at least park at the condo while we were waiting and not get towed, that it would be 5:30. At 5:30 still no code, and no longer getting response to text so I called and spoke to Saab who was helpful and provided me with the door code. We had other family members, who booked same property but different condo with different rental agency and they were in the condo early/ontime! If you want to book here, please use another rental agency other than island rentals! Also, I have multiple emails that state there is a garbage chute outside the door! There is NO garbage chute, you have to take the garbage down to the parking lot and there is a dumpster at the parking lot entrance which is about 60 yards from the condo! I’ve stayed in many condo rentals, and this was definitely a 1st!

I would give it 3 stars........
The building and location overall were nice, pool was great, the distance to the beach was wonderful. This specific condo did not seem very clean when we arrived. There was alot of sand in the couch. We had to vacuum it before we pulled the sleeper out. The light in the entry way did not work. The door to the outside balcony did not lock. Thankfully we didnt have young children, but being on the 3rd floor without a locking balcony door is very concerning and very much a safety issue.
Several of the vents in the ceiling were covered in dust, and the door to the water heater, as well as inside and around the water heater had a very large amount of dust buildup. There was a loud beeping noise that was continuous around the kitchen area. We could not figure out the source. This condo also only provides you with 1 key, which at times got hard with 7 people going and coming at different times. Many times we had to leave our door unlocked. My son wanted to play the Bamboozled game that was provided in the condo, but when he went to open it, there were alot of half eaten jellybeans left in the box from a previous tenant. It was gross.
None of these things ruined our time there. The beds were pretty comfortable. The condominium building was very quiet. Our family had a nice time on the beach and at the pool. We had a fun vacation .
As for this specific condo, we will just be looking at other condominium options when we decide to go back to Orange Beach.
Location was right off the beach, overall the place was nice. Would stay there again.
The only negative I have is the side doors to the balcony didn’t lock, and I have small children so this was a safety concern. Besides that everything was good.
Quaint set up. Clean property with good parking. It was tight for a group of six, but it was adequate and well kept. Would stay again with a smaller party.
