Maritime vacation apartment for 4 people with panoramic sea view and swimming pool

Holiday apartment in a prime beachfront location with breathtaking sea views.

This 3-room holiday apartment offers ample space for up to 4 people for a holiday on the Cuxhaven North Sea coast. Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful sleep. You can prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchenette.

An incredible panoramic view awaits you from the glass-enclosed loggia overlooking the Sahlenburg sandy beach and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. A smart TV with Sky, Disney+, Prime and DAZN is provided, ensuring entertainment even on gray days (which, of course, we never have in Cuxhaven).

The beach promenade is just a few meters from Haus Seehund.

Use of the swimming pool is included in the price, as is the garage (approx. 2.10 m x 2.10 m; parking in front is also possible) directly at the house.

The swimming pool may be closed seasonally; please check in advance.

Es war eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung mit beeindruckenden Panoramaseeblick. Küche und Bad sind modernisiert. Die Wohnung bietet große Geschirrauswahl und viele Schiffsmodelle und Seendekorationen. Mit neuen Fenstern kann man Ruhe genießen. Man hat sich Mühe gemacht, um die Einrichtung schonender zu bedienen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, außer Supermarkt hat man alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Panoramablick vom dritten Stock aus aufs Meer ist beeindruckend. Dafür muss man gut zu Fuß sein, da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Neue Küche mit umfangreichen Geschirren und neues Bad bieten angenehmen Aufenthalt. Möbeln im Schlafzimmer und im Kinderzimmer bzw Esstisch zu modernisieren wäre wünschenswert. Fahrräder sicher abzustellen und Auto in die enge Garage rein und rauszufahren sind eine Herausforderung. Ansonsten hätte man die Wohnung mit 5 Sternen bewertet.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal an der Nordsee und sind begeistert. Es ist ein unbeschreibliches Erlebnis, die Gezeiten so hautnah zu erleben. Der Blick aus dem Fenster der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar. Um die 45 Treppenstufen zur Wohnung mehrmals zu steigen, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Klasse fanden wir die vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Spitze.
