Then we warmly welcome you to one of our holiday homes in Joachimsthal on Lake Grimnitz, just 70 km from city centre Berlin. Our completely renovated holiday home—featuring two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, an open-concept kitchen and living area, a sun terrace, a garden, and views of the surrounding nature—is the perfect place to unwind.<br><br>Our holiday homes are the perfect place for your holiday in Brandenburg’s natural surroundings, just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Lake Grimnitz, a 5-minute drive from the well-known Lake Werbellin, and 70 km from city centre Berlin.<br><br>The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people and has been lovingly furnished for our guests. <br><br>The holiday home offers over 70 square metres of living space and is equipped with modern electric radiators. It features two bedrooms, a bright bathroom with a large shower, an open, fully equipped kitchen with a living and dining area, and an adjoining terrace overlooking the greenery. <br><br>One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180 x 200), while the other features two separate solid-wood beds (90 x 200). Additionally, if you’re travelling with a small child, we’d be happy to provide a travel cot. <br><br>We can also offer an additional sleeping option in the living room in the form of a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeper sofa measures (140 x 200)<br><br>Of course, you’ll also have plenty of storage space in the form of closets to store your personal belongings.<br><br>Since we want you to feel right at home with us, we’ve equipped our high-quality built-in kitchen with everything you need to express your culinary creativity: microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a four-burner ceramic cooktop. <br><br>You can then comfortably enjoy your meals with family or friends at the large dining table inside or on the terrace. <br><br>The perfect place to relax is the adjoining living area. Thanks to the cosy sofa, LCD TV, and armchairs, you can spend wonderful hours together. <br><br>Using the Smart TV, you can watch all your favourite shows on Netflix and other streaming services and feel right at home.<br><br>Our board games and books are also available to you at any time. <br><br>For guests arriving by car, we provide a parking space for one car directly in front of the holiday home.<br><br>Do you enjoy spending time in nature, and is swimming one of your passions? Then the nearby Grimnitzsee, just a 10-minute walk from the holiday home, is perfect for you.
