Fifteen years ago, we left South Florida and discovered the beauty of the Pickwick area. At first, we were weekenders, drawn to the peaceful surroundings and slower pace of life. Before long, we fell in love with the area and decided to make it our permanent home.

We love living in Pickwick and enjoying all that the area has to offer—from the Tennessee River and Pickwick Landing State Park to the history and beauty of Shiloh National Military Park. Within an hour’s drive, there are countless places to explore and enjoy with our side-by-side.

It is our hope to share our little slice of heaven with others and give you the opportunity to experience the peace, beauty, and natural wonders that we have come to love so much.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is called The Woods of Pickwick, and the name perfectly captures its peaceful, woodsy character. Most lots are approximately an acre in size and surrounded by beautiful hardwood trees. It’s the perfect getaway from the fast pace of everyday life—a place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

What makes this property unique

Sit back on the porches and enjoy watching deer, birds, and a variety of wildlife pass through. Step out the back door and follow the path to the main road, Slate Rock. Turn left, and before you know it, you’ll find yourself on a peaceful dirt road that winds through part of Pickwick Landing State Park. It’s the perfect place for a leisurely stroll through the woods and an opportunity to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.
