About this property

3-bedroom house in charming Port Colborne with view of ships!

Located in the laid‑back beach town of Port Colborne, this spacious 3‑bedroom, 2‑story home offers the perfect base for exploring Niagara. Niagara Falls is just a 30‑minute drive, and downtown Toronto is about 90 minutes away. Ideal for travellers who want quiet evenings, walkable streets, and a retreat from the city.

With one king bed and two queen beds, the home comfortably hosts families, couples travelling together, or small groups. There are two full bathrooms, including a jetted tub and a separate shower. After a day of sightseeing, unwind in the backyard with a fire pit, s’mores, and unforgettable sunsets.

Main Floor: The main level features two bedrooms (King + Queen), a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room, and a sunken living room that opens onto a back deck. The living room includes a 60-inch TV with Apple TV and a selection of books and boardgames for cozy nights in.

Upper-Level Suite: The upstairs level is a self-contained unit, complete with its own eat‑in kitchen, a Queen bedroom, a living room with a 24-inch Roku TV, and a dedicated desk for remote work, writing retreats, or anyone needing a quiet nook.

Who This Home Is For: We designed this space with nature lovers, writers, and travellers in mind. Whether you're a family seeking a peaceful escape, a creative needing a quiet retreat, or visitors from afar wanting to experience the wonder of Niagara Falls, we created this space with you in mind.

What Makes This Home Special: The house sits in a calm, walkable neighbourhood where you can reach restaurants, shops, and the canal all on foot. One of our favourite features is the view. You can literally watch massive ships sail through the canal from the front windows while enjoying your morning coffee. In the evenings, the backyard transforms into a sanctuary of pink skies, starry nights, and, if you’re lucky, the Perseids meteor shower in August.
