Unterkunft auf 3 Stockwerken. Altes Stadthaus hochwertig renauviert. Zentrale Lage zum Plaza Orient, mit Parkplatz gegenüber. Nach einem Defekt an der Pelletheizung wurde das Untergeschoss professionell gereinigt. Was nervt sind die Mororradfahrer die an der Durchgangsstraße täglich bis ca 2/Uhr morgens durchrasen.Poolpumpe sehr laut. Die Außendusche ist super.Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist total hübsch eingerichtet und liegt direkt in einer belebten Straße. Es bietet genug Platz und hat eigentlich alles was benötigt wird. Der kleine Pool lädt zusätzlich noch zum planschen ein.Bei Fragen wurde einem direkt geholfen und alle Beteiligten sind total nett und sehr hilfsbereit.Nicht weit entfernt sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und falls man nicht laufen möchte, gibt es die Option den Bus zu nutzen.Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Das geräumige und hervorragend ausgestattete Haus liegt zentral und schön in Capdepera. Es ist ein sehr liebevoll und hochwertig restauriertes altes Stadthaus, das für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Zu dem Haus gehört ein schöner großer Innenhof mit kleinem Pool, Tisch, Grill und Liegestühlen sowie einem weiteren Bad. Die auf Mallorca lebende Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
