Above the beach at Ückeritz, behind the dune, you can spend the night in a beach chair right next to the Baltic Sea. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of the waves, enjoy a wonderful view of the starry sky, and wake up to the sunrise over the sea. And even if the wind choices up or raindrops fall from the sky, you can make yourself comfortable in the chair with the folding canopy closed.



Beach sleeping chair:

The sleeping beach chair offers plenty of space for 2 people. It is 1.30 m wide and 2.40 m long. It is equipped with a folding canopy with a window that protects you from the sun, wind, rain, dew, mosquitoes, and even prying eyes.



It comes with comfortable back cushions, a small table, and storage space for small luggage. Please bring your own pillows, blankets, and/or sleeping bag. You can park your car in the beach car park, which is about 300 m away.



Bathroom facilities are available at the Am Strand nature campground. Upon arrival, you will receive access cards for these facilities at the campground reception desk. You can have these cards topped up with credit for showers (1 euro per 3 minutes). There are public bathrooms near the beach chair (approx. 100 m) that you are welcome to use.


Pets and smoking are not permitted in the beach chair.

Breakfast options are available at nearby restaurants.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
